Standalone: Outside Base Construction (Very Detailed)

interesting, but this banditry fragfest will keep bases always at a low profile if they are implemented, thats why caves, they can be pretty well hidden, the only bad thing about bases when they are implemented is that you can loggout and when you login they can a total wreck or captured by other players. Its a very tricky situation, and a very dangerous one, but so risky and i hope bases offer something more than just a cosmetic feel and pride of like owning your own house, if its just for that it could end up becoming where people make houses and then leave it alone forever and go make another one but the guy will make a nicer one cause he has not only the skills but the knowhow of the works, and you can find a server filled with little houses but they are all overrun with zombies. If there will not be much to the bases, then some people will not even make them, our tents are not safe from anyone why waste time placing and gearing them? -
Change the M136 to something more usefull?

agree with you, although little information we know about the SA, we must consider that the game developers know the market likes to be surprised, so no matter what, they will not speak everything. But the point of saying that its a mod and not really a game so the way he approaches the public must be different, he must make a marketable game for a bigger audience than us, although we are 1,2M and possibly, we the players who still play might be the core audience. Well, also its dangerous your proposition, because theres something called industrial espionage, studios are somewhat like industries. But i believe they will use the oficial tumblr to leak out information for the fans, oficial news of how its going, theres no need for a list. -

Vehicles should be tougher to total.

the cars here at Brazil are very poorly made, and very easy to total, so yeah, poor countrys are easy to break, deal with it. Probably the same things happens in that country. -

have you watched the pilot episode of revolution? thats a nice place to look into visual -
i believe this will not even be implemented, and they dont want this to have any stats system, or not, heard rocket will implement and invisible one. I agree with you, and this could be a game changer(pun intended), so yeah, implement it. In this way i could get more rewarded of doing repairs and playing doctor, than actually shooting that i dont do well and wouldnt like to all the time. This godlike proficiency makes bandits more bandits and too easy to snipe and shoot other people, and it wouldnt change the game for bandits, because they have used their guns so much that they will have no difference. Win/win if you benefit me on other activities that i do.

well, to solve your problems would probably lead to a GUI, wich could be togglable in difficulty or whatever, theres no other way, sound receiving better visual cues for any player. -
weight was taken off so gameplay would not be hindered, inventory slot system will be redone first, also use search function.

No, why, its a subtle and ethical question, not only will this add almost anything to the game, most people i play with have kids, and they wont like this, this can be the reason we will leave if this is implemented, but perhaps it could change gameplay. Since its going to be only an aestheticc change, i am totally against!!!!! I might even leave, no kids should be harmed, and if you do this, where are you going to stop? Children as optionable skin? NO, this is a very hard ethical and moral question, lets not even go into this, its too tiring and we do not want to portray the image of child killers.

you will able to create bases, and defenses, better trade ability, and lots of other stuff is going to be added, use search function, bases have been so much discussed that nobody posts anymore, now the talk is or already used to be melee, cars still is a little, but mostly anything else is, there isnt a lot to suggest, even underground buildings and whatever, have a different idea make a thread if not repeated, and be sure to post on the suggestions thread so ruarz can add it to his post. -

maybe we should abandon the dayz, why? man, maybe its better for a new different one... the idea of the game: you are fucked, hardcore survival game, zombies everywhere, mmo. so, call of z (bandits version) but now the best: desolate plain makes no sense but brainstorms must accept everything... field of hunger Infection for a can of beans the hero, the bandit, the lonewolf radio silence stranded doom apocalypse ressurection ressurfaced strong ties playing dead end game flesh eaters deep hunger the trip alone zzzip, bandit killed you!!!! they suck, a lot, but rocket has stated that they will take care of the name, later. and please no Online, or whatever the hell, will think of more later....

theres no real reason to survive, you respawn after you die, also, why am i obliged to survive, i am not, you are not the boss of me, i can play however i want, and not matter what kind of game we have here, there must be no restrictions for meta or non meta gaming -

discovery channel had a show, or was it national geographic, wich was about what would happen to the world after humans disappeared, and they said small dogs would become prey for the bigger ones. If i find a small dog i will kill and eat his meat, why? because he is weak and cant attack, but the bigger dogs although having to eat more than the small ones can attack for real and are also much more intelligent, i think, i really dont understand dogs. -

from some other threads, being able so set up a radio station, not a big one, but a small pirate one, so i could play jazz and ebm all day, lol gabor bolla rulles!!!!! -
either more hard to kill zombies, or just more and more, probably needs rebalancing, this game is too easy, and maybe having high end gear shouldnt give you an stupid edge over zombies or other players like it does now, meaning that probably gear should stop mattering so much, maybe the skill of the player behind the character should be more important than anything

Bohemia interactive probabliy has not bought a Developmente Kit for the WiiU, so no. It costs a lot, including the papers that let them produce for the WiiU.
