Hmmmmm Right click OA on steam go to properties>local files then click Verify integrity of game cache. Report back :)

Try right clicking both Arma 2 and OA on steam and re-installing battle eye, hope it works!

Right click Arma on steam and re-install battle eye on both Arma 2 and OA.

If you're using steam, verify the game cache. Then run Arma 2, then OA then CO and then it should work! :) -
