The hell it is! That's too fucking easy, did you play DayZ when side chat was there? annoying as fuck dude its alot better now, go get some friends and talk on skype/steam ect,ect. -

I see whats wrong here, ;) you CPU is not that good yet your GPU is in the top tier .... and when low settings Arma uses CPU insted of GPU. BUT if you have everything at high or very high it uses GPU, try that and report back pls :)
