So you'd shoot 6 into a zed without killing it rather than take that extra second to one hit it with a headshot? Also dont tell me the 1911 isn't a 1 shot kill to the head cause my weak ass m9sd can drop them from 20m undetected. Having trouble with a crowd? Run into a building and pop they're heads as they walk through a door... It's not hard.. you must be just plain bad...

Trying to find a gpu that will work with my current pc.

Try setting a couple of them to high or very high cause if theyre below high setting it uses the CPU and not GPU and having all that on a i7 built for a laptop isn't healthy.... lol -
