Well brett, kinda hard to know, a lot of people trade a lot of different things for stuff, i've traded multiple items for items i thought werent great, but people like certain guns and playstyles

Hello, I've been playing this game for about 2 weeks and have a few questions on some items 1. Tents, Where is a safe location to put some? and is there a way to relocate one you put down without remember cords if you dont have a GPS? and is there any glitches i should be aware of? me and a few friends are trying to find a few to stock some supplies on 2. Vehicle, where are good locations to find decent cars or trucks that arent super dangerous to get too? and how do you repair a car? do you need to find an engine? and can ALL vehicles be repaired? 3. High end gear, Where are best locations to find a few GPS, Rangefinders, NVGs, Ghilles, etc. 4. Also, would are a few gun combinations for a squad of about 5-7 people to carry that would make us pretty decent at looting a town or city with little trouble? we always play on 30+ player servers and have run into a few gun fights that have no ended well and want to know a few good guns that could give us an advantage If you could answer this that would be a great help, we are decently experienced, but having a hard time getting high end geared.

Hello, I am using a M107 as my primary, and i cant find a gun i want to trade it for, so i was wondering where i could find a M9 SD for a secondary so i can loot towns effectively, Does it only spawn at the NWAF? and if not, where have you found it in the past? Another side note, is it hard to find ammo for this gun aswell?

Haha ya ammo will become much harder on alot of guns

Okay i have one last question, how do i work a Rangefinder if i find one? im carrying a M107 with me, but dont have a rangefinder

M4 SD is better for killing zombies then a crossbow :P

Haha Ammo isnt really important until they fix that glitch where you log out with 1 bullet in your mag and it refills

We'll any hospital probably has a chance of spawning some, i have found some inside the medical tents in Cherno, but i dropped them XD because my friend told me that its rare to even GET the infection and i dont really play at night in the rain

Mountian dews are really that rare? i've had 5... and i've given like 4 of them out and people have drinkin them because they were dying of thrist O.o

M107 mags? because Stanag SD isnt that rare

I remember when i first started the game and thought the same thing you are saying right now, but trust me, once you learn to play the game a bit better, you will realize that the starting gun is not needed what so ever, and actually more then likely, is more helpful too you not having one, because you are not declared a threat to many players when they see you walk into a building, not having a weapon has saved me multiple times because i tell them i am unharmed and that i will leave the area immediately. A few tips to avoid zombies and losing aggro 1. If you aggro zombies, dont crouch or prone, just sprint out of town into a near by tree line and use bushes and trees and zig zag through them as close to the tree/bush as you can get without running into it, if you do this for a good minute or so, you will more then likely lose any zombies chasing you, however, when you do lose that aggro, stay crouched and don't go onto a road near the zombies, because they will aggro you and you will have to repeat everything you just did. 2. If in a town or city, try to find a building with multiple entrance and exit points, mainly buildings with 2 points of entrance, because zombies cant run inside buildings, and if you sprint in 1 entrance and out the other, you will more then likely lose aggro 3. Try to find a hatchet, they are probably the best starting weapon you can find, and i would prefer it even over a enfield since it doesnt aggro other zombies and is a one shot kill, hatchets are very very common and take no time to find 4. Look up a Day Z DB and look at what buildings are actually looatable, not every building is lootable or even worth looting in the first place With these and a few other things you learn in the game, you should be able to get a decent start, Steps 1/2/3 helped me a lot when i first started and now i can survive and rebuild rather quickly. Well i would like to play with my squad better, it's fun having a sniper and being able to take out any player that is a threat, but that also makes me have to sit in the tree line and wait while they go into towns and get gear and loot and i just sit back and have to watch a tree line since if i went into town and shot a single shot, we would have an army chasing us
