Hacking. Hacking is the worst. It will always be the worst. But listen to me, do NOT attempt it. Well we have all been killed by hackers. Some know, it some don't. Some of us have been killed more times, some have been killed less. I was an avid player of DayZ from early May to yesterday (December 27th). I say was because something happened. I lost my cool. I have died many times do to hackers. Sometimes I was killed with no gear and no vehicles, other times I lost full kits and helicopters. On Christmas eve I finally lost it. Me and a friend had just fixed us up a huey and Mi17. We were having a blast. We were giving rides because we felt like spreading Christmas joy. About 30 people were on the server and we were getting pretty popular. Not a single person shot at us. Best of my DayZ. Anyways, to get to the point a hacker got on and decided to ya know teleport the whole entire server. He spawn us so far into debug plains that we would never escape. We spawn with no gear, no vehicles, not even a flashlight. I rage quit like most of the server. Intent on getting back at the hackers and become the god I did something monstruous. I went on to google and searched everything I needed to hack. I then downloaded a so called battleye "bypass" and tried to use it. It didn't work. I continued to search until I had downloaded 8 different hacking programs. None worked. I tried to get on yesterday and got slapped in the face with a global ban. Someone had stolen my CD-Key. I warn you, never attempt to hack. I was stupid, ignorant, and lastly I was being a child. I apologize to the community for my attempted wrecking of your joy. I'm sorry. So long DayZ, I'm done.

Are you sure your friend is telling you the truth? I have an I5 at 3.8 Ghz (overclocked) and a 6870 with 8 gb of ram and I still only get about 28-35 fps on medium settings.

So a few days ago I had taken up the Crossbow challenge, (Challenge of using only crossbow), and I am really starting to like it. Anyways today I was in Elektrovodsk picking up some friends to lead them north. They started taking fire while in the city. I saw multiple bandits and warned them. Eventually they got pinned down by a sniper while down by the old power plant. I proceeded to make my way down. I got to them and lead them to the hill Dobry. But then again we started taking sniper fire. My friend got killed and another got seperated from me. I started moving to the top of the hill to try and find the sniper. I got about to the pinetrees where snipers like to hide and realized he was not there. But I did see another bandit up there. I yelled friendly in direct (his name was Jon). He started shooting at me and I dove for cover. The crossbow is useless for anything more than 45 meters and I was about 70 away. I made my way up the hill moving from tree to tree taking fire all the way (he had an M4A3). I got in within 40 meters and proceded to warn him that I was deadly with the crossbow. I had killed 2 other men with it. Still he did not respond. He let loose one last burst, and started to reload. I let loose a bolt and the bolt pierced his skull... Immediately dead. All in all I was quite proud of myself for making this kill. It was quite fun. Again Jon from server US 2900 don't every mess with a crossbowman again. I used to gun down innocents for my pure enjoyment. I have stopped this. Also have about 90 hours in choppers in normal Arma 2

Sorry to break it to you but not many people want hacked weapons and you might catch some flak for having them. Best bet is to just get rid of them.

Yea I kinda want the underground bases taken out, they're way to good. I know alot of clans that exploit them for duplicating items. EDIT : Sorry my left this tab open and my brother decided to troll...

All for the wipe. Getting tired of dieing and running back to a fully stocked tent. And items have been duped so many times people are practically giving it away, earlier today I spawn in Kamenka and found a tent on the beach with an M4A1 CCO SD, AS50, AS50 TWS, L85 AWS, and a M107, satchels, grenades, and 5 NVGS + Rangefinders.

I have almost every gun. The only thing I am missing is those nice satchels.

In order to join do I have to show up in actual dayz? I have good gear, with nowhere to put it and trust issues.
