    Like the title suggests, I was wondering if you can play Day Z with just the ArmA 2: Free and Operation Arrowhead. I have heard a few people say you can, but I just wanted to make sure since I'm about to trade someone for a copy of Operation Arrowhead. Also, is it hard to do? Or can you just install both and run Day Z Commander? Does the game still look good, or will there be skins missing?

    I have some friends that want to try out Day Z, but I only have limited amounts of money and so do they. So I was thinking of just making another steam account, gifting it ArmA 2: CO, and letting my friends play it at different times with me. Will that result in a ban if more than one person is playing it at different times? *Just wondering before I buy it or plan on doing anything. Havn't done anything yet.

    I was gonna buy the standalone, but there seems to be no info on a release date, so I don't have any clue how much longer of a wait it'll be. If the games gonna take between 1 - 2 years for a standalone to be released in alpha, it might be better just to buy the game for the mod. I heard that the mod and the standalone will both work so the mod will be useable for the full game.

    K thanks, I read it just now. The problem is im getting it through a trade, so it's not like I can tell him "Hey get CO, then well talk". So, I have to just hope that Day Z Will never require Arma 2 Full. But, it is nice too know there will be differnece in graphics without it.

    I've tried the steam support staff, takes them 5 days to get back to you. Besides I'm asking here to make sure Day Z Admins won't ban my game key.

    Ya, i didn't think it would hurt anyone. But just wanted to make sure it wouldn't result in a ban of some kind for that game key. Like if that counts ad multipe game keys or something like that.

    That CaptainCruch guy sounds like a fucking hero. Sounds like the only ones being killed were bandit scum. "In the den of night, when bandits roam the hills, one man will explode for his country in the name of all that is justice!" Now if only he would also kill other hackers, then we would have street justice Batman!

    Im confuesed, how did you know the vehicles would be there if they were teleported somewhere?

    Or you can be like me and walk all the way back to the map, youll need to be on a server thoiugh that has auto-fix so that way when your about to die you can log out and in to have full blood. BTW, i swam north to the beach and turned out the hackers deleted all my items in my inventory food/ammo/bandage/medicine slots. The only things they didn't delete were my weapons and whatever was in my bnackpack.

    So I found this car, when through a lot of trouble to fix it and fuel it, saved it, logged in the next day and it was back at where it spawned and not where i saved it. The car was broken again, so i thought to myself, no problem, i must've not saved it correctly. So, I fix up the car agin, fill it with my items, then drive it into a forest far up north so no one in their right minbd would find it, saved it, and logged in today to find out its gone! Also, it's back at where it spawns again..... Any ideas why this keeps happening, and if there is a way to make this god damn car "save"!?! :)

    Damn, I really want that car, but at the same time I went through an assload of work to get the parts to only have the car reset on me, not just once either, but twice!...

    so a hacker spawned me outside the map in the ocean, i remeber a few times when servers reset or restart that when i joined them me and my friends would respawn at the beach. Is there a way i can do this again now?

    A hacker just seconds ago teleported everyone on the server a few meters above the ocean. I managed to log out riught as i was falling. Anyways, is there a way for me to not die when i log in?
