Players: Feathers, The Veg Man Server: FR212 Time: 9:35pm approximately Me and my mate were at the airbase in the northern barracks for around 5 minutes. Then suddenly both of us were kicked for (cheating/hacking) but neither of us were doing anything against the rules. Both of us were checking loot piles within the barracks. Admin wasn't on the server at the time This server always seems to be empty which could mean that there is a problem with either the server itself or the admin. Thanks, The Veg Man :thumbsup:

I have tried Lingor but it just isn't immersive as i find Chernarus. Takistan feels way too exposed and is almost too big. Utes Island is too small and pretty much a COD style deathmatch map. Chernarus is the ideal map for dayz, it just feels authentic. Maybe adding more islands and other environmental areas such as deserts and swamps will make it seem more vast. Other than that, just mopping up various glitches, bugs and hacker protection (which will take time obviously). Then we are pretty much there for standalone :thumbsup: :D

Things i haven't found: M240 SVD M4 Holo and Rocket Launcher That's it tbh. :P Found crap ton of rare weapons at heli crash sites. (I find at least one every session - Look at my signature for the whole list :thumbsup: ) Thou has once found the legendary mountain dew in an apartment block :thumbsup: B)

Wow... >:( I've never even found a hacked weapon in Dayz after playing for 3 months. I had a M249 SAW & DMR. Feathers had a M4A1 CCO SD and a Mk 48 Mod 0. You may find that they are not hacked weapons.. Please don't 'in before' troll my legitimate ban appeal thread. :emptycan:

I changed from hero skin into ghillie. My guy started swimming inside a deer stand, had to dc to solve the problem. Logged back in, lost everything in my 12 slot inventory and 8 sidearm slots. So basically i have no ammo or bandages.. :huh: <_<

Take the DMR since ammo is much more common than m107 or as50 nato rounds :thumbsup: Plus the DMR rate of fire is pretty rapid ;)

AKS-74 if it has the kobra sight. If not, take the normal ak-47 (i think you mean the ak-74) :thumbsup:

I'll amend it to say full ones.. Water fountains are pretty common and there are ponds/lakes as well :thumbsup: Water bottles are better in the long term, soda cans are more ideal for immediate use

1. When approaching heli crash sites, don't go charging in all excited. First observe the where the zombies are going and try to crawl between them. Always always crawl around helis with your mouse wheel menu open at all times, otherwise you might miss something like NVGs. 2. If you find canned food or coke and your icons are not green. Use them! Don't let them go to waste :thumbsup: 3. The aim of the game is to survive. Getting 100+ murders does not make you a l33t sniper... :huh: 4. Cooked meat is better than canned food. Full Water bottles/canteens are better than soda cans (unless you find mountain dew :rolleyes:) 5. Don't stay around the coast for too long, go north asap! ;) 6. Don't get impatient when trying to join servers, otherwise you will spawn on the coast on your next session. 7. Don't rage about dying due to weird glitches and then proceed to fill the forums with 'WTF!! Rocket you suck!" - This is seems to fill around 90% of the forums. Me and my friend were on a motorcycle, he bumped into a slight mound on the road. He died and I went unconscious, I then waited for 10 mins for him to return. Got back on the bike and carried on with our day :thumbsup: :beans: 8. This game is an Alpha, shit happens. 9. Better safe than sorry. 10. You will not find everything you want within your first gaming session. (This explains why there are a lot of hackers and dupers because they find the game too hard to play legitimately) 11. You will die eventually. :| 12. Sometimes doors etc are not your friends. :P

I can vouch for the X12 headset too. Wires are pretty long, headset very comfortable, and it can easily distinguish what guns people are shooting if you are nearby. For instance, i was in the apartment buildings in cherno and i heard silenced m9 shots from across the street very clearly. :thumbsup:

Mk 48 Mod, found one at a crash heli site and didn't bother to pick it up.. If only i wasn't a noob back then :(

Found my first NVGs at a crashed heli site. I didn't actually see them, it showed up on my scroll wheel menu as i crawled around the heli. Just keep trying my friend, took me ages to find these! :thumbsup: B)
