How about we fix the game-breaking bugs first.

Patience, these fixes will come in time. In the meantime, let me try and help you resolve a couple of them. 1.) Spawn problems. Assuming you're running 1.7.2.5, be sure to only connect to servers running that version. Join servers running older versions can cause long load times and potential respawns. 2.) Graphical bug aka artifacting. Try turning your video memory to default or lower. In cases where it still occurs, hit shift + numberpad minus key and then type flush. Not in chat, just type flush immediately after hitting those two keys. Hope that helps a little :) -

Not terrible ideas, but I for one hope they never implement things of this nature. The "raw" atmosphere this mod supplies is exactly what keeps me playing; it's unique. The first moment an RPG-ish feature is added, I'm outa here. -

It sounds to me like you are running 1.7.2.5, and join servers not running that version; which can cause long load times and possible respawning. -

I like this idea too. It has already been announced the they'll be making a "Chenarus Plus", in which I'm hoping they make the cities feel more urban. I like Chenarus a lot though, it would be hard to camp out somewhere on a map that is too urban.

You need them both, Operation Arrowhead is the expansion and that is what DayZ uses.

That's pretty strange, because in DayZ's current state (1.7.2.5) tents can only be saved once and repop on a server restart. It's odd that they would magically disappear like that, vehicles as well. Your guess is as good as mine!

Are you currently sharing an IP? Me and my roommate are able to play together on the same server with no problems. -
This is known bug, tents can only be saved once at the moment.

@Rudson - I haven't heard about the "dragging to fix the hourglass thing", gonna have to try that. Another option Bucket is to connect to a server running an older version of DayZ (assuming you're running 1.7.2.5). This may cause you to respawn on the beach. Good luck! -

Man I feel like a jerk. Me and my buddies frequent the same servers, and know where most of the admin camps are; so ghillies are pretty common to me. I'd give you one if I could! -
Haha nice to see a positive post. I agree, while I love having good gear, it's also nice dying and having that burden lifted once in a while. ;)
