Wow, talk about being in the wrong time at the wrong place.:huh: We were checking the NW barracks when suddenly a person warped into the corridor and shot our teammate dead. And of course he disconnects right away after seeing there were more of us. Oh well, we saved our colleague's valuable stuff and wanted to leave when suddenly in the room on my left ANOTHER guy spawns. I get shot, bones broken but I manage to return fire and both of us end up dead. After that, we hear through Teamspeak that our last teammate has some trouble with a THIRD guy who had just entered by the front door. What the hell was that? Massive server hopping? Shitty coincidence? Or perhaps the first guy's cavalry coming down on us?:huh: Not a rant, just wondering.:D

Just to clarify, the first guy had an silenced M4 (or so I was told), the guy who pumped me full of lead had the normal, unsilenced version. Not sure about the third one. :D It's not a real downer, because our third teammate managed to scavenge our valuable goodies from our bodies such as the Radio, GPS and NVGs, but still....

Some servers have this little feature allowed. 1) Open a map 2) Shift + LMB 3) ????? 4) PROFIT! Basicaly, it gives you the old fashioned waypoint with a distance and all that jazz.:P

Depends on your style. Right now, I am utilizing the Glock 17. It has a flashlight, lots of ammo in one magazine and isn't as loud as the rest of the pistols. Of course, it takes like 1-3 bodyshots to kill someone, but I use it mainly for zombie killing. For the rest, there's my M4A1 CCO SD :P

Eh, I am not so sure about this bug. We nailed a Ghillie suit guy on the fields near Stary and could access his ALICE backpack just fine O_o

I don't know, but since (during?) the supposed hack we had discovered like 3 working vehicles randomly parked in a city. A tractor, ATV and a bike... Before that, we have never ever seen a single one O_o

Sorry for ressurecting this, but I had just experienced the same.:-/ Me and my 3 mates were stalking some survivors up north at the NW airfield when I suddenly drop dead with the shock icon. My blood was 12k and not a single bone broken. I am pretty sure I was not being shot at, since the "shooter" would then kill my friends as well (who managed to grab and save some valuable stuff from my body and didn't hear any gunshots at all), nor did I crashed into a tree/rock at full speed. However, the server was probably de-syncing heavily.

The AK variants are also spawning in there. But really, like the guy above me said, the only best gun I've found so far was the M249.

I usually try to avoid any survivors, but will not hesitate to shoot if threatened. And other bandits? Pshaw, I am not going with this "bandit codex" of yours. I see you sporting the KSK skin, chances are I will drop you anyway. No matter the situation.

Yeah, I learned that the hard way. Being fully armed with an AK + Kobra and a Glock I went to the barracks and checked a room by room. Looked empty. To my surprise, a survivor spawned right behind me and dropped me with a burst to my back. Charming.

Heh, I sort of like the sound of that. Crafting system perhaps? I can imagine it would look something like this. :D

Indeed, like I said in another topic, it seems to be a leftover(?) from the old bandit-survivor skin changing. But this time it just literally "dibs" you underwater, which is enough time to make the game think like you were swimming with zero fatigue = losing all your weapons to uncle Poseidon.

Uh, I am not opposed to more variety, but let's be realistic: 80% of the servers would then be filled with the female avatars(speaking from experience. Skyrim, Mass Effect etc.). I wouldn't mind the eyecandy but immersion would go through the window.
