No, in our case we made sure the group we killed didn't disconnect (those guys even congratulated us for the ambush), so it's definetly not that.

Maybe it's the rollback bug? I had this happen to me a few times as well. Took some bloodbags at the Cherno hospital, logged off and when I came back my backpack was rolled back to the time before I even visited the hospital.

Same issue here, and the people we killed did not disconnect afterwards. Since the update the bodies randomly vanish in either 20 seconds or 4 minutes etc.

You know, just typing "Hacked" into the search engine will do the trick. And yes, you can get banned for a hacked weapon/vehicle, even if you didn't spawn them yourself.

It's not DayZ exclusive, pretty sure it's the vanilla ArmA2 Easter Egg. There are much more scattered around, like Lenin in a shed etc.

I've got a pretty much same issue, but I've spawned in the wasteland with NO gear and in my orignal skin.... what the hell is going on? 9 days of progress just gone like that? :(

My friend was knocked out and bleeding to death in the Barracks showers before I got to him. After bandaging him for like two times and shoving painkillers down his throat (also numerous times), it turns out I've pulled his arse out of the fire at 44 blood :P

Well, our small ragtag group has been finally annihilated :P We saw a burning wreck by Stary Sobor and some chumps around it. Our sniper took a shot with his M107 and dropped two of them and suddenly a freaking inferno rained down upon us. One of our teammates got gunned down by an concentrated machine gun fire (yes, either M249 or Mk.48) from god knows where. Another of us got dropped by a single M16 gunshot from nowhere as well. So it was just me and the sniper, we ran back behind the hill and fields and camped in front of the forest where we stayed for a while.. When we were about to leave, there's suddenly 3 gunshots behind our backs and yep... we are dead. Those bastard flanked the ENTIRE field to get us, not only the hill >_> Anyway, at the end of the fight it turns out it was a big clan of 8 people. Well, I still think we did quite good despite being outnumbered. And at least we took two of them with us. :D

I wouldn't blame the sniper (who in fact is otherwise a total monster with sniper rifles), because like 5 of them were hidden in the forest up the hill, which we missed like total amateurs.

Nope, this happened on CZ01 I think. That big ass clan usually hangs out in there :P

Found one and kept it. Died near the barracks and apparently my body dissapeared quite instant. No one's getting mah Mountain Dew. NEVAH.

I think we've found NVGs in the barracks only once. The rest? Killed other players for it.

Wrong. I had this happen to me as well and I sure as hell didn't even touch the body.

Just tell us the name of the server they frequent. I think people will take care of the rest. Of course, assuming you didn't made up any of this. We all have our imaginary friends, even me. :P

There is already a surrender action. Check the bottom of the Controls.

I think you should grow a backbone and drop them like the dogs they are. Or you could perhaps tell us the name of the server. :P
