Fixed, tested the ongoing global ban issue and the server is still up and running! *knocks on wood* Let me know how it goes for you guys

Everything is forwarded on my part, I submitted a ticket to the DayZ staff and they recommended downgrading to beta 95389 - so far so good from here, haven't had a global ban join yet though so crossing my fingers

Mine has a similar issue where people will randomly be unable to connect, started at the same time too; aug 6 in the am. Not only that but when people are kicked my server crashes...

Help! I cant figure this one out, whenever someone thats banned tries to connect to my server it crashes and shuts down almost immediately after rejecting them. This started happening 2 nights ago randomly, any ideas??

Yes I have, i thought it may have fixed it but it was no different... I personally am globally banned but I tried hosting with my friends account and that didn't work either.

Oh I've heard that one before... Once... Twice... Wait was it 3 times? Ah well I lost count after 2. I payed for a service tgat I haven't received. I don't want your false promises, I don't want your lies. I want my money back. And also in your first post you say 5 day guarantee no questions asked, not (only on certain services) I expect that to be honored

I am cancelling my service, in this timeframe I have been able to get a much more affordable server from Fragnet.net Their support is also 24/7 (near instant response to tickets at 4am!) and VERY courteous and friendly. I highly recommend switching to them if anyone is interested. Thank you for wasting my time Hosted Altitude, that's the one thing you can't refund me too, sadly.

interesting how many other game server providers will put up dedicated servers within 8 hours and also stay in constant contact with the customer....
