How do I loot NW barracks solo?

I take about the same route, but come in from Devils castle. I hit the barracks then the fire station and go through all 6 hangers then across to the other barracks. I don't even bother with the other 2 hangers or the warehouses. I keep an eye on the control tower and upper floor of the fire station at all times. I've died there once (that I can remember anyway) from a guy in the fire station. Only 'cause I went looking for a fight. He shot at me from the upper floor of the fire station and missed me 3 times at night. I went around to sneak up on him dodging Z's and whatnot. But he was already in the garage. I fired some shots, but in the end I died. Anyway...Just be patient and keep an eye on places that might have campers. Kinda sucks though no matter what you do really someone could always just log-in standing right behind you, etc. -
I don't see why not. Should be this way. But then I guess they'd have to make playable children as well to make sense, no?

I don't know shit about this (making textures, number of polys, etc), but its a great little tweak. I don't think watches are in green pouches though. Even still, a watch graphic would be nice. Hope they add this idea sometime down the line. -

Holstered weapons. That is all. If someone has a weapon out. They're hostile. If not, they're not (at least while they don't you have time to type or talk it out, flee, etc). This is all I need. /shrug -

Can't wait to see: Entirely new mocap'd attack and running animations!. Can you tell us who did them? So when I say: HAHAHA that Z runs/hits like a girl! I can put a name to it? ooo :P -
Resurrect the dead! :P This would for me anyway, solve a lot of issues with SoS. The time it take's to draw a weapon would give players more time to talk it out and or react to hostile characters. So simple, yet so effective.

Besides the lag or maybe it has something to do with it? Loot is disappearing! I can see piles and piles, then in a blink of an eye all gone! Happened twice today now on UK 7. -

Don't have anything atm...but do any of you know the best way to get a hold of the admin of the server? Or could one of you get a hold of him/her? I'd like to suggest that the player killed message be removed. I looked on their forums, but they seem all but dead. Old posts/threads. Nothing much recent. I hate that a player that kiled someone can see who they killed, but the victim can't see who killed them! I don't know why it bothers me so much, it just does. Hehe. Cheers. -

I don't know about desyncing (red chain of death?). But everytime I tried to play today Z's weren't spawning correctly and loot wasn't either on UK 7. There were car parts everywhere, but nothing else. It was this way in two different towns far away from each other. /shrug -
Difference between Pellets and Slugs?

On the DayZ wiki (Shotguns) it states differences of noise by the weapon used. Also, on the DayZ wiki (effective range) they have different ranges. Pellets are more for close range and slugs for longer range. How accurate that information is, I don't know. Hehe. -

Found a ghillie the other day in a train station. Found a ton of camos. Tents on the other hand - I haven't seen one of those in quite some time. I've seen plenty of pitched ones though. /shrug

Bugs: 1. Z glitching. 2. Doorways. 3. Vehicle collision or whatever it is that makes them explode without warning. Features: 1. Random encounters: mutant Z's, military patrols, radio chatter in random locations, etc. 2. Random loot locations: rare items could spawn anywhere. Not just in certain areas (airfields, deer stands, etc). Also, loot under bridges, by dams, wrecked vehicles or out in the woods in the middle of nowhere. 3. Random events: relief drops (crate strapped to a parachute with a flare dropped by a cargo plane), bombings (if more Z's are added and certain areas become overwhelmed with Z's), fires, jet flybys, etc. -

I thought my ATV was stuck in a tree. I borrowed a Ural that someone parked near by. I rammed the ATV to get it unstuck. Didn't do too much damage to the Ural or the ATV. Returned the Ural to where I found it. I then ran back and fixed (2 tires 2 jerrys and scrap metal) the ATV only to drive it for a short while and it blowing up and killing me in the process! I guess I'll have to fix the fuel tank and engine before I drive an ATV off into the sunset from now on. I thought I could at least drive it for sometime (to stop at a few places for parts) and it would just stall on me, not blow the fuck up and kill me lol. What an ordeal that was...meh. -

I threw a couple the other day when in a house and well...they went through the floor. Lucky me? Nope! I had a mass of Z's and no ammo...SOB!!! Good times. :D
