there is a lot of good suggestions here, but i wouldnt recommend using /REALTIME due to it causing some slow downs for other processes and might cause even lower server fps over time, also fiddling too much with the packet settings might not be too wise either, there have been a lot of tests with a ton of different settings and sticking to the default is usually the best in most cases either way, good tut :)
