Every player should dress different from hats to shoes, I would love to find a pair a jays in game.

Some thing to make it easier to keep up with your friends.

Not that the choice is completely up to you on where to spawn. But maybe having to make a choice by selecting from a list of choices. Making it harder to play with freinds when starting out isn't hardcore it's more of a setback.
