LOL. Not true at all. As a matter of fact, the devs recommended NOT buying it. The "HYPE-TRAIN" came from US! the users who played the mod and fell in love with the game! -

Well with an axe, all you would do is maybe stun or knock the zombie down. It's enough time to make a run for it to get better ground to be able to over-head swing and kill it. -

They should try to implement a stabbing melee attack, as opposed to a over the head swing. Not sure if I saw that being mentioned, but it would be better for indoor attacking. -
I agree, you cannot judge the game at it's current state. Nice attempt, but this thread should just be closed.

Yea, I notice that if you stand still for a certain amount of time they will run after you, no matter how far you are. However, if you just run by and they are that far they do not do anything. I've been in the prone position with a friend as he was afk and I laid there for about a minute staring at a zombie about 600m out, out of no where he came running at me. lol -

Rust doesn't allow you to increase gamma and they have day and night cycles. You actually have to run around with a torch or you can run without it and have the chance of running into something bad like an animal etc... just sayin'. -
