Lol, look in a mirror! Or you can see your clothes when you are selecting your character! I've personally have used the 3rd person to spot people and switched over to snipe them. It gives people advantages in my opinion. If there was a poll asking which I would want the game to be, I'd go with 1st person. However, I would also hate it because I like to travel in 3rd person. Lol, oh DayZ, such a love/hate relationship. I've been enjoying DayZ 2017 since there are no military weapons, which makes you really get into some cool gun fights. It makes the game a bit harder too. DayZ 2017 should have also made it 1st person only. Phew! -

Thanks for the update. I'm not like the others on here... I don't follow Twitter, Reddit, Rocket's Social Security, Rocket's ATM History, and all the other media tools that exist. :) I always thought it was so strange how the zombies in the mod would run so fast and have to stop because they catch up to you lol. I wish there were slow and fast zombies. -
I also play a lot of 2017. With 2017 all military weapons and gear are non-existent. This setup makes gun fights ACTUALLY happen and so much more skill based. You rarely get sniped by some douche (like me!!) sitting 900m out. In 2017 you have a lot of Lee Enfield or Winchester battles. It's more fun in my opinion. You should check it out if you haven't.

I think private hives have access to mess with the time. I've see all day servers before. Man, coming into the game for the first time and it's night?! Lol, that must have been scary as shit. Especially with the music. I turned the music off a long time ago, but every now n then I turn it back on just to freak me out some more. I love night time and when it rains at night too!

Yea, I've been following it on Facebook. We'll see how it goes. Since they decided not to go with STALKER 2 and instead with this game which is going to be free-to-play. I never like F2P games right off the bat so we'll see.

Lol, I WISH that this would actually happen. They should make camp fires more active in the game. Add guitars or some form of instrument so you can play a song and it calms the nerves of other players for some benefit to them. Not really sure what, but i'm sure they could figure something out.

Yea I gave Origins a whirl last night and came across a LOT of buildings that were built into the side of a mountain or huge hill that were all messed up. Not sure if that is normal, but they weren't really enter-able. Buildings were glitching from the ground to the air. Real strange. I ran for a bit, got some stuff, and basically got a little bored. I tried DayZ 2017 and played it for a lot longer. I'll give Origins another shot tonight. -
So what's the release date THIS time? lol

Wow, the short film was great! I would actually watch a full 2 hours of that. I wish the flares actually did that though.

Lol yea, just being a smart ass :). You know whats funny? When Diablo III came out, I bought the collectors edition. I came home and went to put the disc in and realized that I haven't had a CD drive in like 3 years! LMAO! I went back to Best Buy and bought a CD drive. I installed it then I removed it and placed it in my closet. haha. That day was funny.
