Alright so today i was playing dayz for a bit. I got off and then a few minutes later decided to get back on. Now everytime i try to join a server it says "cd key in use". I searched the topic and almost every topic said that i was hacked and that i couldnt do much about it. So am i fucked or can i get my cd keys back?

Hi, so a few weeks back i bought dayz and then a friend bought it too to play with me. He waited until he got his new laptop (today) to play it. I helped him download all the games (he bought Arma II and Arma II:OA off of steam) and then get six launcher etc. He successfully can join servers and play the game but now when we try to play together only 1 of us can join the server. The other person gets a message *You were kicked from the server*. So when i join first it lets me in but then when he joins it just kicks him. THe message *illegal copies may degrade* spams when he joins. Same for me. We both bought the two games (no piracy) When we join different servers it works for both of us. We live fairly close but i doubt it is a IP address problem. Any solutions are help? thanks in advance (and NO we did not pirate anything)

alright so DayZ has been working fine for awhile now. Today though, i was crawling into an army base and suddenly i began to get these blobs of random colors. For example the ground will be purely white like when you glitch underground in a game and the sky to ground will be a big screen of black and brown.. like an invisible barrier going up and down. This happens where ever i look so i can barely see anything but the white ground and a black and brown screen... i can still see my character though.. are there any solutions to fixing this? i have taken screenshots i just dont know where to find them so if you tell me i can post them! thanks in advance

i followed the forums exact instructions that drogur posted. And then i just reopened six launcher and it started working again :)

Ok so basically every time i try to join a server it says that i need battle eye 1.165 and then it kicks me (says server requiring version 1.165 up to date)... i had played DayZ for a few days before this happened. I tried every forum but none helped. I have redownloaded battle eye manually and placed it in the folders for Arma II and Arma II:Operation Arrowhead. I tried validating the game cache with steam and did it with both games and this did not fix the problem. Ive tried using both Six Launcher and Six updator neither helped. I have tried loading both games up from steam plus Combined operations and that did not work either. I have redownloaded sixlauncher/sixupdator and that did not work. I tried reinstalling battle eye through steam no luck :/... when i load the game on the servers it says version 1.62/required 1.62. How do i fix this? Thanks in advance
