Does it still come back after every server restart even if you dismantle it? If so, then yes.

If you buy the standalone, then you dont have to buy the final game again right? Just making sure because it wouldnt make sense for anyone to pay to be an alpha tester if you dont get the final version when it is finished.

if an item isnt supposed to be in the game, they would remove it from the database when it appears in a player's inventory.

if u find it, use it. if they decide u shouldnt have it, they'll delete it from the database.

how do u know the tws isn't supposed to be in the game?

just because you can't find the as50 tws doesn't make it hacking when other people do.

In regards to spawn selection: So yesterday I got yet another of my friends to get ArmA and DayZ so I thought I'd collect some basic gear for him so he wouldn't rage quit and uninstall DayZ for life as he was unable to get to my location without at least some food. We did finally meet up but only after he respawned half a dozen times and proclaimed "this is retarded". I think the freedom given to players in DayZ is one of the things that makes the game so awesome. Not being able to pick your rough spawn location is unintuitive and takes away from the freedom given to us as players.

It's encouraging to see posts regarding the enforcement of server rules by members of the DayZ staff, but what about the hacking being done on the servers that are BattlEye enabled? Last night Seattle 117 was mass-killed, for example. Are there any members of the DayZ team who are doing anything about that?

Is there an official list of what items are illegal? I just don't want my car respawned because I found a cool gun and put it in the trunk.

I was there when this happened. From my perspective, I crashed the tractor at the factory almost killing myself in the process so I aborted as my friend who was in another server came to my location to bandage me. When I logged back in, he said "omg there's 2 guys here fueling up this motorcycle...I'm going to shoot them!" He shot the dudes by the motorcycle and proceeded to bandage me. We also noticed later that there was a working tractor so I guess that's the one you took to get to the factory. Nobody was kicked and there was no group "surrounding" you.

If someone is big enough of a DayZ fanatic to dedicate the time and effort required in finding and repairing each and every vehicle in a server, then they deserve it if you ask me!

This update did in fact add vehicles to my server but after restarting the server to fix 9 fps, all the vehicles have been deleted. Is there a way to restart the server w/o deleting all the vehicles?

Sounds like that would apply to all the vehicles, not just the hueys.

I don't think it's fair to be punished for disconnecting to avoid death when the death is caused by an enemy player who has disconnected from your server, joined another server to get behind your position, and rejoined your server again to shoot you in the back of the head.
