I found a camo skin in one of the markets in Berezino the first time i logged in after the patch, lost it after the server crashed a minute later though. So basicly they spawn in markets, not sure about other buildings.

Date/Time: 16-5-12 What happened: Trying to crawl in a prone possition between guardrail and a bady bag that spawns instead of gear, and got wounded and knocked unconscious, bone broke, pain, and proceeded to bleed out. Where you were: Apartment complex in Chernogorsk What you were doing: Trying to navigate around/past a body bag in a prone position that had spawned in the stairway and were blocking my way down when i were standing or in a crouched position. Current installed version: 1.5.7 Server(s) you were on: EU3 Timeline of events before/after error: Had gone upstairs in an apartment complex and were now going back down. I dont remember having problems with the body bag going upstairs besides a little stutter of going over/past it.
