Yes, de 836 is in need of a restart ASAP!

The problem is, my stuff always disappears after a server restart when I put it in a tent.

You see, the thing is, I have had items in my vehicles disappear before. I cant hold all of my stuff with me. I have to store it somewhere. Not to brag, but I have a lot of valuable stuff.

If you like getting into gunfights, why not play the game you bought? Edit: Not sure if nicraM is directing that comment towards me, but I am not against what you are doing at all. I love PvP as well.

After being killed by some cheater, I spawned near elektro. (I am not complaining about the cheater... In fact, it is fun starting fresh with no weapons) I managed to grab basic things like an ak, g17, medical and food supplies, and an alice pack. Right before I leave the market, I notice someone crawling out of the office building with a makarov and some rifle on his back. I assume he had no ammo for the rifle because he never ended up using it. I called out friendly. He stopped for a second, then kept moving. I called out friendly again and he just kept on moving and eventually got behind the pub across from the supermarket. He appeared on the other side with his makarov aimed right at the supermarket. I called out friendly one more time. I finally popped my head up and he stood up. I shot him in the leg and he went back to a crawling position. I assume I broke his leg. I called out friendly one last time. He crawled back around the pub and I just put a bullet in his head. Thoughts?

I was going to check out his body, but heard gunshots around me. Ended up killing someone looting another person they killed. Edit: This all took place mainly around the supermarket/office building area in elektro.

So I was at the big airfield. I spotted a crashed heli and was about to go check it out. As soon as I stand up, I am teleported super high into the sky. I see about 20 people all die at the list at once. I started falling so I disconnected. In the lobby, everyone was freaking out. I left the server, joined another one, and I am still falling down. I managed to disconnect about 20 meters from hitting the ground. I believe it said I am in the wilderness... Is there something that can be done so I dont hit the ground and lose all my nice stuff?

I ended up dying. As soon as I could see, I had already hit the ground...

So I let myself fall a bit more. I am close to the ground. I guess I will hit "v" and hope for the best.

I do not know where I am on the map...

Just to be sure, It is a better idea to save my gear in vehicles compared to tents?

Actually, If you put barbed wire right under it, it will bounce the ATV in the air.

My helicopter disappeared after the server restarted... :(

Indeed. According to DayZ commander, there are almost 4,000 servers. Time to get to work I guess... I will update you all on my progress when I finish it. See you all next year!
