Definitely true about the M107. It sounds like God busting ass when it goes off. It can, and will, scare the shit out of anyone who can hear it. As for sniping, get the Shooting Range mod and practice, if you're unfamiliar with how it works. Frooglepete on Youtube did a great video on sniping.

Beans for being one of the few people intelligent enough to know that Frankenstein wasn't the monster. Glad to see people getting unbanned after that whole mess BattlEye caused.

Right now a Lee Enfield, Double Barrel Shotgun, and a G17. I'm carrying the first two because my backpack ate my AS50. :rolleyes: The shotty has been eaten as well! Oh well.

You could always try the free demo out. At least that'd give you a real idea on how well Arma would run, but like someone said before, it's a bit different with DayZ.

I think it'd be pretty cool, as long as the character doesn't carry over into online play. That kind of stupidity ruined another game I love called Phantasy Star Online.

It's totally possible. All you need is a hatchet, box of matches, a hunting knife, and a water bottle. That, with reclusive nature, can keep you alive for a very, very long time. Doesn't stop the bugs from killing you on occasion, though.

Nope. Had the chance when myself and two friends were hanging around the coast and a fresh spawn ran by. We all stopped and watched him haul ass right into Balota, only to get swamped by about a dozen zeds. Might've been more humane to kill him, but we consider it dirty pool to kill an unarmed person.
