Hey guys i have seen vid's of flashlights on guns, and handhelds working for lots of people but i can't ever get mine to turn on. what is the deal here? is there a setting or option somewhere? or is it just bugged? -

yeah man you can play on any dayz chernarus map with that character (character A). now to play dayz Lingor you will be given another character (character B) character B can be played without deleting character A perfectly fine, but Character B can only stay on 1 server because they are all private hives, and the info won't transfer to any server like the Character A info does on Chernarus.

lol well now we're back to my original post which is that i've heard that it does work, and that it doesn't so i'm looking for some reasoning as to why it apparently 'doesn't' work all the time btw on the DayZDB: http://dayzdb.com/database/m4a1-holo it is in the comments that it does work... -

what about the M4A1 Holo? it has a flashlight on it (that's what i'm using) -

hey guys i really want to try out lingor since i can use both maps without wiping my character on chernarus. so now that dayz commander has the lingor support i tried to download lingor and it stops at 11% each time. i get the error on the bottom of the download "error downloading file system.Net.WebExe- at systemIO._error.WinIOerror(int32- at systemIO.FileStream.WriteCore(Byte- at systemIO.FileStream.Write(Byte[ at syster.Net.WebClient.DownloadBits- at syster.Net.WebClient.DownloadBits- --End of inner exception stack trace--" help if you can please

Servers: US 2972 US 2974 All out war is/was going on last night when i was building a car. Berezino, surrounding fields and towns were completely immersed in gunfire from what i assume were two clans. i won't mention the tags in case they are trying to keep it low key. My buddy and I sat in tree lines and watched the urban style warfare for about an hour, grenades and M205 launchers peppered the walls and streets of Berezino, crazy stuff and it was the coolest thing I've seen in DayZ!

haha well we were gonna do just that, i have an m4a1 holo as always haha (i don't seriously play til i get one ever) i was gonna just start taking out guys from the west side and work my way south with my bud. but he had no friggin' ammo for his AKM :(

Day Z commander and Lingor installation

ok so if I download Lingor and play it, will my character in Chernarus get deleted? or can i have 2 separate characters, one each for the two maps. -
looks like the fighting has subsided now, must have been a scheduled event or something, if anyone can provide more info or claim responsibility for the event that would be sweet!
