So my server is currently up and running and everything runs great! No dsync and fantastic ping! I just have one question, it appears that there are no vehicles on my server. I sent a support ticket and it was answered promptly saying that this is a problem with Dayz. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet about this issue, and was wondering if I could get some more information on what exactly the problem is (Do vehicles never spawn or does it just take time?) Thanks for the great support, I'm posting here because I'm sure that other ViLayer customers may have the same questions that I do.

I guess i spoke a little too soon, not 5 minutes after this post Casey came on, cleared everything up for me, and got me an instance ID. Thanks!

Hi there everyone, I've been sitting in the Teamspeak and on Skype all day today and haven't even seen a ViLayer employee. I've seen probably 20 different users come in and out without being helped. I understand that you have other things you need to attend to, but your customers should be the number 1 thing... How long has it taken you other ViLayer users to get support/initial setup?
