Clues on how to use the compass? Found one - when I hold it in my hands and look down my body obscures view so cant see the face of the compass? Any other way? Cant find a key bind to bring it up like in mod.

Me neither - worked fine last night. Today either 'server full' or 'connection failed'

It seems much smoother than the mod so far for me. Getting a consistent 60FPS and max settings so far (although haven't been into a major town yet - SW airfields biggest area I've been) This is with i5-4670K Haswell, HD7970 and running off SSD

I notice this forum has been created for alpha bug reports. How do those of us who have bought the alpha get access to this?

Zombie's seem to take a randomly large amount of stanag rounds to the head to die.

Regarding teamspeak - I dont use a mic to play - but is their many following text chat in there to make it worth while?

I have a genuine hero skin and get the script restriction 45 error on all main hive servers.

From a medic to a medic - Massive thanks to JWJW - the guy totally restored my enthusiasm for the game. He picked me up from my spwan point ( that was half the map away from where he was ) and then sorted me out with supplies and dropped me where I wanted. On top of that he provided quality cover when he dropped me off and a swarm of zeds descended on us. Cheers bud.

Medic out of action for a while. Lost my 30 day old hero a few days back and getting a bit tired getting spawn killed with no weapons trying to rebuild. I will be back once my enthusiasm has recovered!

I like this idea of hallucinations - caused by dehydration and lack of food. Also would be a cool thing for bandits to have based on how many people they kill - turning a corner to be confronted by the hero they just slayed - only for them to waste ammo on a phantom. Or hearing ghost gun shots close by.

When your walking somewhere IRL and see something that may or may not be interesting in the distance and try and zoom in.

This is primarily for other medics - but I'm sure other do gooders will be able to help. I've been stuck on 4850 humanity for the past 4-5 days. Each time since I hit this point, when I've helped someone (blood etc) and gained humanity I've gained the hero skin. When I get this skin, my stats reset (which I know is a current bug and they come back eventually) but when they do eventually come back my guy goes back to the standard survivor skin with 4850 humanity. I've administered about 5 blood transfusions since I was at 4850 and the same things happened every time. Anyone got any tips on making the hero skin stick - cus I kinda like it!
