How much of that 700 was just having the game window open? I've been playing since day 2 of release and have encountered a real hacker maybe once, but even that could've just been a whole lot of other things like desync.

Never played 3rd person much, but that's about the fourth time I've shot someone in third person, but the first time I had trouble taking them down quickly. I agree, probably a lot of desync. It's a killer. That's why I avoid engaging in any urban areas.

I found two clips in one police station. I've also found a 1911 and CR75 in the back area of one of those log pubs. I've found FNXs at crash sites.

For me, finding that one item I've been looking for high and low is a harbinger of doom. Found an MP5 mag and on your way to meet your friend with an MP5? Sucked into a hole on a cliff and spat out over the side. Found a flashbang? Suddenly half the server is upon you. Found a CR527 mag? Gunned down in the most desolate part of the map.

If there was an M4 with it, then the vest was dropped by a player. Currently, M4s only spawn at helo crash sites, not random houses.

My group has laid radios on the road to Elektro while camping on the lighthouse island and hailed freshspawns as they ran by. Sometimes we'd give them loot, sometimes we'd make them fight each other. I just wish the radios had a much larger effective range. Right now they're basically 1km.

I love the new leather improv pack. Only 5 less slots than a hunter pack, but looks fantastic and the process of creating one is fun. -

I have empty mags next to my guns. The only mags I keep loaded are for my home defense/CCW weapons. -
The west side of the map used to be the realm of the lonewolves, non-combatant explorers, and the timid. Now, it's populated again, with survivors hunting for downed helos. Today, i ran into more people between Zeleno and Vybor than I've seen in the Northeast in weeks. Granted, most of the time it's ended in death. But I love having the West side of the map being relevant again.

I use a VCAS on my AR. In an East-bloc nation, basic AK nylon web straps are going to be more common. There's also the Mosin sling, which is also often a nylon web, but with a different attachment method. Similarly, the SKS uses a different sling attachment method. I know that may be too nitty-gritty for a video game, but it's something to consider.

Check sheds and garages, utility spawn locations. I find rope all the time. Almost nobody uses 3-pt slings anymore. They're terrible. They don't do anything well that a good 2-pt can't do better. I love the sling and holster ideas. Maybe there could be a way to add a skill level so you can use the 2-pt to stabilize your gun, like it's taught in the Appleseed rifle marksmanship classes.

Just this morning I got caught with my pants down at a crash site. One guy was hailing me and I threw my hands up. He wasn't aggressive but English seemed to be his second language. While we were talking (and i was trying to figure out how to flashbang him) a third party joined the meeting by opening fire on me. After I died I could hear the guy shooting his mosin at the guy who lit me up with an AK. Not sure who won.

My very first time playing the game, 2nd day after release. I met a guy in Kamenka. We teamed up and headed to Balota. We found a massacre. Dead bodies littered the jail house and spilled out the front. It was amazing. Bring that back!

The grass starts to stand up in about five minutes or so.

Once you know the terrain, the map pretty much becomes useless, wasting inventory space. Having the ability to mark it, among other things, would be a nice way to bring it back to relevance.
