    The most insane thing thats happened to me in day z happened just now, I ran into someone, we both screamed friendly as we were both on about 4000 blood, we started chilling around and talking, I found an AK, and told him to come over and take it, then he grabbed it and shot me, laughing manically as he swept in to loot and plunder. Seriously?

    It struck me today as I was creeping though electro and came across someone right in front of me doing the same (they hadn't seen me) there is almost NO reason not to just shoot someone as soon as you see them, and several good ones as to why you should. I think it would be really awesome if there was several distinct advantages to say just yelling "FREEZE" over the mic instead of just popping some dude in the face the instant you see them. As so how this could be done? The two best options that came to mind was either a karma system, or an npc organisation that hunts bandits.
