1. They are hacking Arma, not DayZ. Until DayZ becomes standalone, there is nothing DayZ devs can do about it 2. BattleEye was used for Arma, not DayZ. BE needs time to get used to DayZ

So, wait? You asked him if he was friendly and still waited even though he pointed his sniper at you and didn't respond? WTF Dude? I understand that you said friendly one time, but if he doesn't respond- SHOOT HIM! -
Depends. If the player says he is friendly we don't shoot him, but we do shoot if he didn't identify himself or just poses a threat! I have to admit that we killed a player once that entered a SuperMarket we were in! Mostly cause we needed his backpack!

For the love of God, fix this already! My friend broke a leg by me walking by him! Not to mention that entering a building proning can break your leg! Which wouldn't be so horrible, if it recovered over time and painkillers helped! BUT NO! Only Morphein works, which you can't find anywhere

Need to put Arma Free Addons in OA folder and you need to launch from the Beta shortcut (you can create a Non-Steam one) -
Just jump of a building, break your leg and then respawn

They don't hack DayZ, they hack Arma. I doubt that Rocket can improve anti-cheat protection. Let's hope the standalone DayZ version fixes the security holes and uses Punkbuster!

The site reads 1.62 cause that's the Arma version :D Not the Battleye version Go to Downloads and download the appropiate file! Then put it in the mentioned folders -
So, after how many disconnects will the Hive detect and kill you character for disconnecting?

Saying that it's an Alpha is just an excuse. We need to report all bugs and ask the devs to fix them as soon as possible. The bad thing is that some bugs can't be fixed cause it's just a mod! -

There is no End Game. None is powerful enough to control everything. Even if you have a car and heli and weapons, you will die sooner or later if you aren't careful! -

Good video. Looting big towns on start is really a good tip. It's underrated though. You have nothing to lose, why not? But I also think that Balota is underrated. It has good weapons, food, fireplaces and it's not filled with Zombies or Bandits! P.S. Your video laggs a bit, lower your graphics
