Hello, I am here to question and ask for help. If per say i am super lazy and dont wanna upload all my system spec and the comparison to my brothers pc, i can say that My computer is much newer, and has much better parts then his. His is nearly 3 years old and has so much dust in it, you can mistake it for a dustmite holocaust. The thing is, he can run his fucking dayZ at normal-high settings without getting any frame drop, as it freezes at 60. Mine goes all other the fucking place, when i look into a city(cherno, berezino, electro, etc.) i get fucked up frame rate drops down to 20-30. I understand that this game wase'nt build towards optimization but the fact that i know that my brother has an ancient computer and mine i spent a fortune on cant even run this game at 30+ fps Please Read On I did some research based on what could be causing the problem and i've narrowed it down to the point were ; Since were able to render the visibility (Distance at which is rendered ((Not render distance)) ) is set to an un-movable state of 10000m, our computers are loading things beyond a mountain 10000m we cant even see. I've noticed that this was the problem when i ran Chernarus on single player and lowered my visibility to 1200 (Highest range a gun can zero-in (M107), i would get stable framerates of 60 no matter what happened, whether satchel charges went off or mass spawn of npc's. Now since the MULTIPLAYER MISSION has the permanent set of the visibility to 10000, not only me, but many other players are having intense framerate problems simply because their computer is loading a city next door after loading the one your currently in, The only way to fix this is to download Dynamic View Distance OR some other one i cannot mention cause i'm super tired right now. Although this seems a simple fix, it is a mod. Dynamic view distance can only be used within dayz, ( a mod within a mod if you wish ) and almost every server doesn't allow the view distance to be hindered as it may be a form as cheating, Therefore the servers do not let you connect to the because you have this mod installed. The legitimate way that this is able to be solved if Rocket sets the view distance able to be customized from 1-10000 for all players rather setting it to 10000. Does anybody notice a difference with framerate when they reduce the visibility in single player? Thank you very much for reading.
