    g36c SD Camo

I just had the same experience as OP. I killed a sniper on a hill and looted his corpse. He had the same G36C Camo SD on him, which I took. But as I didn't remember seeing this weapon on the weapon list, I came here to confirm it. Time to burry it. It's a shame since it is such a beautiful weapon. Couldn't they include a normal non SD version of the G36 into DayZ? Maybe it's not very fitting with the locations though?
  2. Tents do need to be adressed. I don't like the option of being equipped with end game gear 30 minutes after I die. People are terrible at hiding tents full of this valuable gear. It destroys the feeling of slowly gathering and improving your gear as you move north, scavanging towns as you pass them by.

vehicle "hoarding", what the hell is it?

I don't mind people hiding cars, as long as they actually USE the vehicles. If they have to go on a vacation, they should not expect their vehicle to remain when they return. Vehicles should circulate between players more and not be claimed for a whole week. Using cars as storage or trophies is not ok. It ruins the purpose of vehicles. Vehicles should be used to take players across the map in a timely fashion. Also, repairing a car can be a fun/challanging/risky adventure for a small group of players. Finding a vehicle in the north west part of the map is not fun at all.

    How do you gear up?

Before I discovered tents I used to explore different towns, picking up interesting things as I went by. You know, like the game kind of feels like it was designed to be played: Scavanging towns for useful items while taking a risk. Now when I've realised the really obvious pattern of where tents are hidden, it takes me 20 minutes to run to a hilltop, spot a tent, and get end game gear in a matter of minutes. I'm planning on taking a break from Day Z until these issues are solved.
