Oh thanks! I still can't find it on any of the out-of-game maps (including the hi-rez one), but at least I know where I am now :)

I spawned on the coast and in the bottom right it said "Factory". For the life of me I cannot find this location on any of the maps I've looked at. Anyone know where I am?

I press prntscrn, go to mspaint, paste, and all there is is just black. Like the whole image size is filled with black, there's nothing there. And I can't find any folder where the game puts screenshots either. Help please?

Weren't you guys hacking? I saw some posts about that... you know that would explain what's going on with your servers lol. And yeah, public thread for this?

I wouldn't shoot them unless they present themselves as a threat.

Oh, so it's more widespread than I thought... when I started whining about this in the server chat it seemed like I was the only one this was happening to. I know this mod is in Alpha, but things like network code that handles this should already long be in place from the base game, Arma2, right? So if that's the case, does it mean even with more work done on the game this is to be normal for the mod? Are other Arma2 mods like this, too? Or does this have to do with the face that every server is connected to one "hive" server and everything has to go through it first?

I've been experiencing this a lot lately (this weekend). For example, how I died just now: I'm moving up the stairs in the castle, and I hear someone hyperventilating upstairs. So I'm being very careful, creeping up slowly and looking up the stair opening so that I don't get surprised. I move to the top and there's a bandit there, just standing there, looking away from me at about 130 degrees, looking into the woods somewhere. So I take aim and empty my clip into his head. He keeps simply standing there, not moving at all. I move down the stairs a bit while I reload but suddenly I start bleeding! I bandage myself and I move up the stairs to shoot the bandit again and he's still standing in the exact same spot and looking exactly in the same direction. He still hasn't moved at all. And I start bleeding again and losing blood rapidly and before I can shoot him again I die on the stairs =/ I know this is Alpha but... can someone please explain this to me? Like I said this isn't the first or only time this has happened to me this weekend...

Known bug in 1.5.7 is that crashed heli site loot gets deleted. You'll have to wait for next patch.

Oh I see thanks. I was hoping it was like an easy classification of which server has 3rd person and crosshairs... Is there any way to see what the server has set it to, before joining it?

I'm confused what these mean in the server name? I figure it has to do with some servers not allowed 3rd person view, but what exactly is each one? Could someone please give me a break-down? Like, Normal is this this, Expert is this this, etc? I'd appreciate it :)

So let's pretend the game is getting funded to be developed. What kind of map (or maps) do you guys wanna see? Bigger maps? Smaller maps? More open maps? Less open? More towns? Etc... Me, I want to see more focus on urban maps. Maybe even have like a huge map (maybe half size of the Chernorus map) and it being a big city, with suburbs and the city outskirts. So like the city outskirts would have some farms, barns, etc, and this is where players would spawn and they could find some poor equipment here and not a lot of zombies. Then they would move further into the city, into the suburbs where they'll mostly see residential areas, some malls maybe, to gear up a bit and more zombies would be there. Then in the centre of the city this is where the best loot would be, but also have the most amount of zombies (and bandits). What about you guys?

So anyone know what the G19 sidearm is? I should have taken a screenshot I guess. I'll take a screenshot the next time I see it again.

There is seriously nothing that can be done about it? I know sometimes people would log in and spawn on the beach, but have all their gear, and someone would say that everyone's location was reset. Is that possible to do?

I got kicked off a server while I was climbing a ladder, now I logged into another server and I'm inside a building. Like, not in the room or hallway or anything, but where brick would be, you know? Like I clipped through the building... How the hell do I get out now without respawning?

I hope this mod gets ported to a more robust engine, then =/ Or better yet Rocket mans up and starts a kickstarter and makes a stand-alone game for this.
