    How I Trick Fools

So, it's not so much a "trick" as it is... cold-blooded murder. Cool, bro. See a therapist.
  2. Last night, after doing something to upset several people on US257 (won't go into specifics, but was totally legitimate gameplay), I was 100% alone in the woods when several things happened: 1. A "Welcome to our server, enjoy your stay" message flashed in the center of my screen twice (never seen this before, despite playing on US257 regularly). 2. Immediately afterwards, my character's legs became broken. I was NOT shot, as my health was 12000. 3. My character inventory was blanked. I no longer had my FAL. Yes, I know that admins can't modify inventory contents at the database level. But what about the *local* server level? Once that's done, you commit the changes to the database via normal save methods. The timing of these things is way too coincidental, given what I had been doing right before the incident, and given the ominous server message I'd never seen before. Time for someone on US257 to fess up.
  3. Last night, I was carrying an FAL, walking slowly near some trees. Suddenly, a message appeared on the center of my screen (not the chat box): "Welcome to our sever, enjoy your stay." This has never happened before, and I play on US257 regularly. This message appeared and disappeared twice. Then, suddenly, my character's legs were broken. My FAL was also no longer in my inventory. I was not shot, as my health did not change. Could it have been a glitch? Technically, its possible. But, I had exchanged fire with several characters shortly before the message appeared... the timing is just too coincidental to ignore. I'd like an explanation from the admins. BTW, this is not the character name I was logged in as. But, I would still expect the guilty party to know what they did and to whom, and to come forward.
