exactly.. pretty soon people will want to have to poop/pee in game.. or maybe have to stop to sleep (with no fast forward) so you actualy have to sit there and wait while ur toon sleeps.. at the end of the day if the game isnt FUN to play, whats the point.. besides RL simulates RL better then any game, go outside and "play" it..

this is an annoying "feature" atm.. we need a way to refill the mags into a single full one.. perhaps using the "rearm" button thats currently in the GUI ? or at the very least someway to tell how many bullets are in each partialy used clip...

so those who get in early, would grab up everything or hide/destroy it all. those who came to the game later, would be screwed.. NO sale....

no 3RD person, no play.. i dont PVP, but i also dont really care if other people dont like 3RD person.. its there as an option, and i'll use it ... the game is simply more enjoyable in 3rd person..and i play game for the enjoyment

not bannable but consider a douchebag move.. if your gunan PVP, at least have the nuts to fight.. "ghosting" in behind someone via another server is seriously LAME....

far as i know, thers something about the Arma engine that prohibits the addition of a client side timer to logout.. but who knows what Rocket is dreaming up as a way around it..

when i zerg into Cherno or Elec. as a fresh spawn i got balls out to find my gear and get outa dodge.. i either make it or end up Sniper bait.. as a fresh spawn you have nothing to lose, expect a few minutes of running down the beach (which does suk btw).. but since your hardly invested in that particular life, theres no real reason to be overly mad.. you'll get used to it ps dont EVER go back into Cherno/Elec. with a fully kitted toon unless you'r looking to find other people to PVP with.. thats asking for a beach vacation

ummm how bout you simply play on servers with it disabled and leave the rest of us who like playing in 3rd person alone.. why is it when a feature doesnt interest someone, they try to tell everyone else they cant use it either.. NO sale on removing 3rd person..

im still enjoyintg it the same way i did upon my initial noob login.. surviving solo, avoiding people and exploring while trying to find enuf ammo/food/water.. sure ive had my runins with asshats/bugs/hackers.. but not enuf to make me stop playing.. i just pick low pop servers and play cautiously..i also dont play for hours on end.. i play long enuf to keep the tension/angst meter pinned.. if i start to feel like ive played long eunf, i find a safe spot and log out..

the first few times i managed to get all kitted and travel around i was afraid of dieing.. but now (i still play solo/cautiously) i dont really fret over it.. finding the gear after spawning is at least as exciting/nervewrecking as keeping a fully kitted player alive.. both scenarios are fun.. least for me.. the only thing i HATE dieing too is bugs/glitchs.. that piss' me off, but any other legitimate death im fine with... esp. one were i know if i do this (whateva risky venture) i will prolly die.. and do it anyways, and sure enuf end up on the beach, ahahah

if ur version of anything is different, chances are you will stay at "loading" for ever.. make sure your version of Arma/ dayz and Dayz Commander (i strongly suggest using it over sixlauncher) are all updated. there is a handy check updates window in teh top corner.. works good.. if your versions are wrong you wil never connect/play.. FYI.

same here.. now i cant join any server, i get kicked for same error.. as a non-capable hacker/ script kiddie or whateva they call them.. i dont even know what one is let alone how to find it and use one.. its kind of insulting to be kicked and listed as a cheater tbh. if this doesnt get sorted (im sure Rocket will get it sorted thou), i guess im done with DayZ.. kind of a shitty way to end actualy if this is how Battleye chooses to just randomly ban people in the dark... whateva.

theres no WAY this is a feature.. why would you be punished for stopping playing ??? if this is currently " working as intended" im basicly done with this.. im NOT walking in from the beach every time i decide to play DayZ.. sorry but thats just stupid (assuming you havent just died of course)

i only carry around supplies/medical stuff to heal myself. im a total lonewolf skulker.. i'd have walked away. i wouldnt have had the supplies to help him anyways.

im NOT running the new patch (as i cant seem to find a DL link that works). but as above. logged out way N of Cherno.. logged back in later this eve im on teh beach near Solnichy.. i think i'll not play again tonite, and give it till later tomorow afternoon to see if things get resorted/rolled back. before i do anymore exploring.. kinda suks as i got a serious hike to get back to were i should be. ps still getting that weird bug were my gun wont reload, have to dropit and pick it back up to get it to accept ammo. (gotta admit i get this ALOT). only thing ive found that fixs it is to drop teh gun and reequip it.. but i hate risking it to a bug, and perhaps end up not being able to pick it up again. is anyone else getting this problem ??? if so what do you do ?
