yea cuz it only affects EVERY facet of ones playtime.. so yea its kinda big deal. esp for me, im literaly 99.9% in 3rd person, it takes a VERY specific set of reasons for me to switch to 1st. and then its right back to 3rd. cheers.

yet here you are still banging the drum to have third person removed.. you have your servers, and i have mine.. the only problem here is the fact your trying to step on others toes, and tell them its for their own good. like somehow your idea of gameplay is more important then someone elses.. typical.

if what u say was true, the FPS servers would be full 24/7. the reason why 3rd person servers are so plentiful is because MORE people prefer it. plain n simple. i cal bull when someone tries to tell me ALL the FPV people say " i cant find a decent ping".. come on.. FPV servers are rare becuase so is the mindset of that type of player. rare. excpet here on the boards were 5-6 people try to sound like the entire game community. meanwhile like 1 million players are happily off in 3rd person server land playing it up.. hahah

so, play my way or GTFO. all you guys are the same.. you'll notice no one who plays 3rd person is saying take FPS out.. you know why that is? cuz we can respect that everyone likes different options. shame you cant.. but its pretty typical for PVP people tbh.

try some mods, you'll love whatse been added to dayz. vanila is played the hell out.. i cant log into a vanila server and play for even an hour without boredom setting in. between the map and the whole been here, done that feeling creeping in. /blech

so basicly "play my way or GTFO, this includes you Rocket" that about sums up your ability to understand that DAYZ SA isnt being designed for 1 group of people.. or 1 play style. but by all means continue to live in that bubble were only your way is correct...

haha your personal bias is amazing in this post.. so if 95% of the player base plays on third person servers, they are playing improperly ? hahahh... tell us grand wizard what is the "proper" way to play day.. perhaps you can run a school to teach the unwashed mass'

in your view.. people who play third person have their own reasons, be it as simple as its the view they enjoy.. who are you to decide its not a solid reason ???

says you.. guess what just because you think arma/dayz shouldnt have 3rd person, doesnt mean it shouldnt. clearly the devs thought different. were not talking about a option/feature that was patched/added in later on. 3rd person has always been a part of the game.

so basicly as long as the options being removed are the type that you like its all good ??? i've think i've read enuf from you to get the gist. ps go back and look at the thread again, i've been in here/reading posting since inception sorry if im all about NOT stepping on others toes, thats prolly not cool in this thread. for a game that rocket clearly many times has said is about no rules and complete freedom of play style, theres certainly a few in here, who'd rather see a 180degre turn of game design and make a single version style of dayz love it or GTFO. im just 100% completly not in agreement with that.

haah i love how you disquise your personal view on 3rd person, then go on to talk about how it can be "fixed".. if you love 1st person, thats cool, but plz dont pretend 3rd person needs "fixing"... its a server option just like all the other ones, or do you want all those options removed to ???

while there dont forget to ask about adding survival elements and PVE gameplay.. oh wait, its a totaly different fricken genre.. /facepalm

its not a FPs game thou.. CoD is that way ---> dayz (SA) is a sandbox survival sim. BIGGGGG difference

numbers dont lie.. if the majority wanted 1st only, they would play there.. the simple fact is many many players like 3rd person.. get over yourself. if 1st person servers have low pop. its a direct reflection of the player base that likes it. same as pure PVE servers, they exist but ina very small amount, but you wont see me on a soapbox yelling to have those servers banned/removed.
