Orange dots on the map are most likely zombies; if you hover over them it usually says "man" or something like that. There is a server setting for name tags that display players' names.

Just like many other servers as of late US 43 experienced a mass teleport to an Airfield execution hack. I quickly d/c'd so I was unable to get any info but be aware joining that server!
