    Arma II - Not Responding

I think I found a solution. In the process of redownloading Arma II OA http://www.battleye.com/download.html Go here. Download the v1.61.94945+ Client and Server patches After that, Open Appdata/Local/ArmaII/BattleEye and delete the BEClient.dll that is already in the folder. Then copy the BEClient.dll you just downloaded into that folder. Do the same with Local/ArmaIIOA/BattleEye Then go to user/steamapps/common/armaII/BattleEye and delete BECilent.dll and BECserver.dll in that folder. Copy and Paste the two files you downloaded into that folder. Same thing with ArmaIIOA Hopefully this works for you. I'm pretty sure the problem lies within the fact you can't even access Arma II's multiplayer. Make sure both of those work properly before you play DayZ

    Arma II - Not Responding

having this same problem. Without Dayz installed, ARMAII OA starts, but then crashes at Bohemia Interactive title screen. Crashes at bootup if Dayz is installed :|

Will Dayz run on my computer???

You will probably have to put everything on low, and there's a chance you might run it. I doubt it though.
  5. I Verified File Integrity through steam and removed the "-beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -mod=@Dayz" from the command line option in Steam. Started Arma II Operation Overhead and it starts, but crashes when it gets to Bohemia Interactive title screen. Any suggestions?
  6. I have Microsoft Security Essentials, but I will try that.
  7. So, if I start a fresh install of Arma II:Operation Arrowhead, it works fine. Played Dayz for a few hours one night, went to sleep, and came back and the game stopped responding. I have a ATI Mobility Radeon 5730 and and a 1.6 Quadcore i7. I have Steam, Arma II, and Arma II: OA running as Administrator. Whenever I update the game with Six Launcher, Arma II: OA completely stops responding when I try to run Dayz, Same thing with the ArmaII: OA, if ran through Steam. The game itself won't start. On top of that, my computer literally stops responding. The internet gets stupidly slow. Task Manager can't even close it via processes without having a 5 min lag. This is what happens. The white box in the middle is supposed to be the loading screen for Arma II, but that doesn't even work. Thank you in advance. I'd really appreciate any response :3
