Attack helicopters? I thought you could only have Hueys in DayZ. Props for the video, a shoot out is always nice to see.

I have a similar story myself, went afk in the passenger seat of a truck, came back and found myself outside of stary. Needless to say I took the gillie, m4 SD ACOG from the back and shot the owner when he came back.

Would make the game perfect for me, maybe not everybody -less zombies, but faster and intelligent (instead of that herp look I'm under a roof better take it slow) -zombies spawn by coming in from the borders of the map and move in hordes, no more wow-mob-esque spawning -attachments on weapons, so I can actually use my L85 for shooting during the day -vehicles that don't explode whenever it wants to -Related to #2, zombie hordes moving through the wild will track players who make too much noise, hence giving power weapons an actual use besides just shooting newspawns -Body armor, providing protection against low velocity bullets -name tags and bullet trails removed from every server -Retain and improved upon controls, being able to shoot out of covering is a useful feature -Less food and water but decrease hunger rate (who the hell needs a can of beans every hour) -Better atmosphere, I used to play a browser game called Dead Frontier (look it up), that game was top down 2D yet it still managed to convince you that you were in a truly fucked over world, currently there's just too much sun shine in DayZ

Currently DayZ suffers from two plot holes: 1.Why are we waking up on the shores of Chernarus? 2.Why are zombies appearing in cities? 3.Why are there military weapons everywhere? I have a suggestion for a back story that would mend these issues: After an exhaustive search for a field chemical to cure combat wounds, the military finally pulled funding from the project and sent the samples off to be destroyed at one of the secret facilities along the arctic circle, where the world's last remaining samples of small pox were kept. Due to the sensitive nature of the cargo, the military assigned armed gunships to accompany the cargo ships. Unfortunately, pirates operating in the area spotted the armed escort and decided to raid it by night to steal ammunition for their cause. Slipping past the radar in the thick of the mid summer fog, the pirates took the navy by surprise and this led to an ensuing struggle. The pirates were outgunned and outnumbered so were forced to retreat, however in their infinite stupidity they detonated charges that had been placed on the cargo ship as revenge, the explosion released the gaseous cargo upon the crew and the pirates, killing them within seconds and leaving the ships on a collision course with Chernarus. The military, after learning of the incident scrambled fighters to shoot down all aircrafts and ships within a 50 mile radius of Chernarus and deployed ground forces to quarantine the coast. However they had underestimated the potency of the toxins, the troops sent to hold the coast were killed within minutes after the ships arrived. You, a survivor from an airline that was shot down by the military in their panicked state, has washed up on the coast of Chernarus....

Stop whining FFS, the game is only fun because there are bandits. If you can't stand people shooting at you, then you probably shouldn't play any shooters.
