Happened to me when my PC crashed, as I logged back in the game my leg was broken (and my corpse with all my gear on the ground infront of me). The next time I played my leg had magically healed itself :S

Haven't seen a working car ingame. Found a bus once with lots of fuel, I stole it and drove around on a field honking the horn for 30 min only to crash into a roadblock. I enjoy the little things.

Hi I'm new to DayZ and got a few hours in on my current life. My computer crashed while I was out walking in a forest, no idea where, I relogged as soon as PC booted and the game stated bottom left that I had died (no death screen however), I was respawned infront of my loot and backpack which was all on the ground, I picked it all up and noticed that my leg was now broken :( . Is this working as intended and is morphine the only thing to cure the broken leg?

Problem sorted itself, on the next relog (next irl day), leg was no longer broken. Yay!
