    1. Slowing the temperature drop would be great. 2. Antibiotics should spawn on more locations as farms/houses at a slower rate. 3. Add an axe as equipement so you can chop some wood from falling trees. 4. Someone said something about raincoats and warm clothes, +1 on this.
