Hey, I've been wanting to join a clan now for a while because I've gotten sick of lone wolfing. I've been playing the game for roughly 2 and a half weeks now and I'm very capable in all aspects of the game. My current character has been alive for 5 days and is equipped with all the major needed items (M4A1 CCO, Makarov (shitty I know), plenty of ammo, food, water and all the tools excluding compass and toolbox). I have a lot of experience with FPS' and online clans and groups, and the tactics that go with them. I was part of the pending clan, [TCSR], but the clan was canceled and therefore I must begin my search for another. I'm willing to be part of any squad, be it Medic, Engineer, Assault, Scout, etc. I will also risk my life for the good of the team without question, (e.g. Making a drastic attempt to save a teammate's life, even if there's a chance I'll lose my own.). I'm not attached to my gear, what I mean by that is, I'm not worried about losing it in a firefight because I'm going to lose it eventually. I'm 16 years old, mature and down for a laugh, but know when to get serious. PM me or write on this thread if you think I meet the requirements of your clan. :D

Huh? Weird.. yesterday, I opened my map, and to my amazement, there I was, 'Survivor'...I thought you couldn't never see yourself on the Map, only GPS? Then, I go on again after a few hours and.. *POOF*, my icon go bye-bye. Is this something to do with different settings on different servers? Or is it a new feature in the update that isn't quite right yet? Info much appreciated :D

You, my friend, are wrong, when you say it is in Russia. If you read the description you've given, it says 'post-soviet state'. The soviet union split up into many different countries in 1990 I think it was, Russia being one of them. Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia at the time) was in the Soviet Union and was called a 'satellite state'. So basically, this world, was a state of the Soviet Union. Also, if I'm right, Bohemia Interactive are a Czech Republic company, and a lot of the items in DayZ are Czech eg. Czech vest, etc. That is why, I think, this game is based in the Czech Republic. By the way, I'm Irish, and I love making fun of my "Irishness" I guess you could call it, lol :D . Brilliant osirish, gave me a good laugh :P

I think only 2-3 more military weapons in the game, but much more hunting rifles. Hunting rifles give the feeling of a zombie apocalypse much more than big-ass super high-tech weapons with all sorts of attachments

Hey, I'm feeling lonely in DayZ and extremely envious of cool, super-organized groups, so I want to form one myself. I'm currently in California for another 4 weeks but I'm actually from Ireland. 16 years old and have been playing for a while now. Also I have TeamSpeak so we can chat and what not.
