I was offline for over two weeks because of my final exams in university, and when I got back my character was still alive, but with food and drink meters flashing red. So no, the character won't die. You just have to drink and eat as soon as you get back to the game.

IMO the theme song from 28 days later / 28 weeks later is simply the most suited, both because it's great and because the story fits so well with DayZ

Same thing.. Logged out in NW airfield, when I logged in again I was on the coast (between cherno and elektro), bleeding and lost my last mag of ammo (still have everything else though).

Yap, stats are still messed up. I keep spawning in the middle of the map and with a bandit skin and wrong stats (ie, kills).

Having the same problem as well.

I'm having similar problems. I'm spawning and the game tells me I've killed several zombies and players.. I have NEVER shot a player, and the game says I've killed some!

I will help with seeding for a while.
