The intention of this isnt to identify bandits its simply to promote co-operation while keeping the mod as similar to its current situation as possible. For bandits it will be exactly the same as just now since everyone kills everyone for basically no reason anyway, and for survivors it will be exactly the same aswell when you hear gunshots you're still going to avoid the player firing and you're more than likely still going to get shot from building a couple of hundred yards away. The literal only difference is that it would stop players that want to play co-operatively from killing everyone on sight to survive. The whole bandit skin thing honestly would make no difference at all at this point in time, i've heard people complain that it takes away from the "con" aspect of the mod but there isnt one. Also lets be honest if you're a bandit and dont want to player kill for a while there would be nothing stopping a quick relog allthough that wouldnt stop you being shot at.
