    I've had cars disappear on me, only to be in the last place I left it. I've also had vehicles that would have zero fuel after a restart (even though the tank was full before)

    The only decent boat is the PBX. The others are really, really slow. If you do the boat thing be sure to stock up on heat packs and antibiotics. You will be more prone to getting cold and catching the flu (which, I have read is infectious, so you can get your whole team sick). Also, if you stash the boat by any kind of rocks, BE CAREFUL how you swim to the boat. I have found that certain rock formations will just kill you instantly.

    Yeah, you need to be gentle on landing. I would make sure *everything* is fixed in the helicopter. The engine is a must, but having everything else will stop the gas from leaking.

    Hi, I've been on a server that looks like it hasn't ever been restarted (or very rarely). I've noticed that over time, my time on the server has become more laggy. Is this the reason for the restarts? Theoretically, would the server become unplayable if it is never restarted?

    I just wonder why frequent restarts are needed. Is it because a restart cleans up your information in the hive? i.e. for servers that don't restart, does the lagginess increase due to the increased bandwidth needed to pull information from the hive?

    Hi, I was repairing a chopper the other night, when I noticed I was fixing some kind of rocket launcher (or at least that is what appeared on the screen). Is this just a remnant from Arma 2? If it isn't, how does one fire them? As pilot, when clicking on the left mouse button, you'll only get a 'command' prompt on the left side of the screen. This is the standard UH-1H in dayz. No hacks on the server I'm on, to the best of my knowledge.

    Note that only *one* person can play the game, if you use the same Steam account.

    OP is incorrect if he refers to vanilla DayZ. If he is referring to private hive servers, then the admin has full access to the database and can do what he pleases.

    Look in your options for all the keybindings. You should also look up the keybinding for "auto hover"

    I find Host Altitude to be fine. They *are* a bit slow in getting things done. It would be lots better if they gave you a sense of how long things will take to complete on their end.

    If you hold the shift key down, along with the forward key, you can get it to go a little faster.

    Yeah, the hacking can get old and boring really fast. Nowadays I just switch servers as soon as I can when hackers come along.

    That has happened to my friend a lot. You might be lucky and still have your gear, but its hit or miss.
