It's to do with several things. It's when people get into your proximity. Its when people log in, it's when people log out and it's when the server does a signature check. seems if the server tries to contact the main server there is some kind of issue

It's the new patch. And I'd bet my right arm it has to do with signature check. The server laggs for a couple of minutes in where you can't pick up anything and ohter players will stand still. This just happened to me and my friend disconnected and got the message "session lost". I then got about 5-6 people at the bottom left coming up in red writing saying something about failed signature check. and loosing connection.

Fail, turns out the loosing food and stuff is already in game lol

Hi everybody, I was thinking about the game and saw in the change log you can open cans with different things. And thought chance should be a bigger part in the game. So I thought if you open a can of sardines with an object there should be a chance to injure yourself. Like a 1/10 if you open it with a knife and you'll need to bandage yourself. You should also have a small chance to loose content of the food. and increase the ammount of items you can open cans with. Example You can open a can of sardines or w.e. with an axe. the chance of injuring yourself is low because you wouldn't be holding it, but putting it on the floor and chopping it in half, but there should be a high chance you'll only have 25 or 50% left in it. you can open a can of sardines with a screw driver but theres a medium chance of loosing content and medium chance to injuring yourself. with a knife there is a high chance of injuring yourself but low chance of loosing food. You get the drift. Also I was climbing down a ladder just now and fell 2.5m onto the floor at full health because my character stood up, did a little sprint, landed and did the ladder animation and i then died. at 2.5m you shouldn't die. Ever. ( I was full health) But there should be a small chance to land wrong and break your leg or simalar.

Saw the guy teleport (into electro)... got killed... spawned and saw another guy teleport up the hill where i spawned made contact and both talked to me it was The Walking Grass and Redemeer saw them spawn guns and teleport got lucky found a car with gun... drove up there... guy teleports behind me unsure which one. steals the car... teleports away from car and kills me yes do have footage

The problem was that most servers updated to the .5 but six launcher was still on .4 which caused you to get stuck in the loading screen which caused this

SAme issue... highly pissed that I have to walk all the way back to my camp with my M240 and A107... not the kinda thing i want to be running around in pvpville aka cherno/elektro... Probs won't make it up there and if i do...well as soon as i log out ill just be at the coast again

i still have my gear! and im not attached to it. in fact i dont care when i die. i get pissed when its the GAME it self ruining the game. most serveres are on .5 (which has NOT fixed all graphic bugs) and you cant update properly to .5!

Like the title. I am done with this game. especially today! I'm sick and tired of getting kicked of servers for NO REASON. admins just kick so the server is empty... go get a non hive server you morons! Then the hackers. yes i know 12000 people have been banned. but only their CD Key. they go in a group of about 3-4 so if one cheats and the other pick the guns up (which isn't an offense) they get away with it. well guess what all those people chip in to get another account so there is no point just banning one! if you loot a dead body and get onto those guns. fair enough. if they are around that player waiting for the loot. get rid of those too. and do an IP ban not just CD Key ban! AND COMPENSATE PEOPLE FOR THEIR LOSS! But what finalised my hate for this game right now and the rage i am in right now is because of the STUPID new update that came out today, but doesn't even work! all but 1 server i go onto to play DayZ are now on the .5 but sixlauncher is STILL on .4! Then i spawn away from where my base is... WTF IS THAT ALL ABOUT?! so i have the joys of being all geared up and spawning somewhere at the beach... but hey it gets better. you sign out to go do something and sign back in and BAM! you spawn randomly at the beach...AGAIN... So i finally mannually updated my DayZ... go onto the server where my tents and bus was BAM! all GONE for no reason. everything de-spawned! so yeah i logg out to get something to eat and BAM BACK AT SUNNY KAMENKA! done with this crap. and I'm not even gonna go into the graphic bugs either. and the fact this is turning into a stand alone game is sick too. i spend £25 for Arma2 CO and soon they want to charge me again? I was really fond of this game when i first discovered it and always wanted something like this but its just not enjoyable. at all. rules are being broken. you're not getting compensated and nothing seems to be done about servers and their admins just kicking for no reason! I finally agreed to meet up with one of my mates who also spawned at the beach. I walk towards him he logs out real quick to do something comes back and hes on the other side of Cherno. this last update has SERIOUSLY fucked up alot... but hey we all know we're not gonna get compensated. Also one big issue is the haters on the game and forums and lets face it 90% of people replying to this will be calling me a noob and idiot... only because i tell them what happened to me and shared my opinion... and i doubt a noob would be someone that is constantly raiding the airfield (10 times this life) and looking for crash sites with a found M107 and M240 I won't give this game another go untill i know everything is sorted again

no sorry i dont agree with that. I'm looking forward to WarZ and will still play DayZ, which btw i can cope with quite easy. you got misinformed there about the "quests" and "bosses". There is only one special type of zombies. only come out at night which you need to get the stem cells of once infected. sure why not, makes people play at night time. also the "safe zone" you can still get killed in. you will most likely be killed after but you still can do it. also you don't need to follow the missions, which are also not important. on WarZ they leave everything up to you

i always try track it down and personally i noticed they are dead soldiers (not players or zombies, just from the game) and sometimes leafs :S. I never seen it being the mesh wire fence like some people say it is. it's deffo something military and i think it is to do with the beta patch (if this has been already said, i only read the first few comments #lazy)

it'd not a hacker. its an admin, he continues to do it happened about 6 times and now have video proof

just been on the DE 1213 server and everyone got kicked for no reason. I did see that there was an admin online and we simply got kicked. rejoined and got kicked again GMT 00.40 Also can't take screenshots as it just records my desktop (-.-!)
