Why not add it? Wouldn't take anything away from the game and it adds a new food source.

Tripwire hooked to a gun to shoot anyone coming thru a door. Claymore mines. Landmines. Caltrops to slow people down or puncture tires. Oil slicks to make people slip and fall or make cars lose control.

If they want us to stay on one server why not set up a system like WOW has.

I didn't realize you needed special tools to put a sight on a rail. At most you need a screwdriver or allen wrench. As for silencers I don't think any of them require tools for mounting.

It's possible that people are getting banned without cheating at DayZ. For instance they might have a cheat engine on their computer they weren't using on this game. I'm pretty sure BattleEye would still pick that up.

With no government to back money the only things with any value are consumables.

How about the ability to impersonate a zombie.

Yeah the only tents I've ever found were in the middle of electro and empty.

I went up to the firestation in electro and just inside the fence was a guy in a ghillie pointing a sniper rifle right at me!!!!! He didn't shoot or move so I figured he was AFK walked around the fence and there were 3 dead bodies around the station. I hit the sniper with my axe and nothing happened turns out he was dead on his feet. However even though I could see the gun in his hand I couldn't loot it or anything but a flashlight off of him. None of the other bodies had a single piece of gear on them. It seems odd that on a server with 10 people online half of us are in one place with 4 out of that 5 dead and there's no gear at all.

They also stripped the other 3 bodies? Maybe the had a car to load it all into or something.

Just logged in for the day and my character was in pain for some reason and had zombies agroed on him! I panicked and died :(
