Artafacting is still there,. Just was at NW Air Field . It was stil showing up.

Car and tents saves have been bugged for months .. Some server restarts they will stay and the next they will be gone.

Yes your saves are locked to your Arma 2 OA CD key

3: The Heli Crash site should stay there until heli is repaired. Even on server restarts. The server is only setup to spawn more cars or Helis when they are wrecked from players on server restarts. As we all know cars and tents are hit and miss. There are alot of bugs still within this part of the game. The goal is once the Heli is repaired and in your control it should stay with you no matter how many times the server restarts. The cars and Helis are per server only. If you move from one server to another a new set of spawns is setup to that server.

I have been trying to figure out how to setup a group and do group chat. Anyone know how to make group chat work ingame?

All i can say is Fuck yaa. I know rocket has talked about making dayz into a game. I am pumped to see this happen. Warz can suck it.. Arma 3 engine is ten times what war inc engine is .. Pumped to see the mindcrraft model too. Best news all week. Love to see if they can do the Eve Online format.. One server One World. I know rocket has talked about it.

Overall Hackers wreck the game. Like this. I am sure you worked hard getting that gear. But overall it was very funny vid. Sorry for your loss bud.

Zombies should not spawn off players at all. They should be set there from the popualtion of the city. So if there was 40,000 poeple in that town and you are the last 250 in the world. Then they shoud just have 39750 zombies left in the city and near by area. When the zombie count hits say 100 then spawn the 39650 more zombies into the edges of the maps and make them walk back into the citys . Them spawning off the players location sucks.

Dude the hacking is getting so bad they overload the server and are crashing the exe .. It is making the game unplayable .. Dayz need to step up and allow admins of THERE OWN SERVERS to admin there servers. Us the players are paying for the severs not Dayz. We are the ones loosing . Allow us to password our servers and block the hackers and scripters . We all know what the problem is .. This is not beta testing . This is just flat out wrecking the game. I understand testing and finding bugs. But when the server is down more then up from hackers then the testing stops and the game will die before it is started. -
As for the Waikie Talkies. If they linked In game Voip Group chat to a walkie that would be cool. You can only build groups and chat in group chat if you have a Walkie in your gear.

Dumb. Group chat worked in Arma 2 but not in the mod. They are dumb they keep killing all chat lines.

Dude the game is alot of fun. You just do not know how to play.. I was the same way until I figured things out. DO NOT GIVE Up. Go here http://www.youtube.com/user/dayzguidez and watch these Guides videos. They helped me out alot .. The game is more a sim then a game.

Overall I think the zombies run to fast. I would like to see where they would be slowed down a bit at full run and maybe drag one leg. They just are missing that little bit to make them feel more real. Best example I can give you is watch the walking dead .. That is how zombies should move. I understand being a mod of arma 2 this may not be possilbe ..

I am getting sick of when a zombie chases me they just run though the doors or fence. Like to see they have to run around the fence. Or knock down the doors .. They should have the same collision settings as we do. I know why Dayz is doing it so they do not get suck into the fence and doors, but i say let them .. Spawn 20 times more zombies and let them roam .. If some get suck i think that would look more realistic.

Yeah sounds like Arma 3 will be amazing . BIS is really taking arma to the next level of Combat sims.

I get that this is a mod from arma 2 and it will have alot of its problems. Just makes no sence to stack sandbags and barbwire if zombies can run though it .. The idea is to stop zombies and players. Maybe if the game goes to a standalone or to the arma 3 model this can be fixed.

I agree. A few of my friend that bought arma 2 just for Dayz were talking about this. I know the world is a map that is not made by Dayzmod. But if you go standalone or Do your own world. Make sure every house and building can go into. Also allow every player to build a base or block that building to protect them
