Almost every day for a few house each. What kind of games do you most enjoy playing? I'm a PC fan, you can usually find me playing some kind of on-line multilayer game though as of late DayZ has taken up a lot of my time What do you expect to get out of joining the Resistance? A fun group to work with, play the game, and kill bandit scum. What made you choose this community over any other organized community? You seemed organised, and more friendly then most. Were you ever a member of any previous Clans/Guilds/Communities? If so, which? Why did you leave? I have been a part of GMS, and BYOB, I didn't leave though they both disbanded once GW2 came out. What other kinds of hobbies do you have? I play for Canadas national soccer team, and I'm currently studying Game Development. Anything else you'd like us to know? Not yet. Any questions? Nope. The fact of the matter is, that locking the server, and shutting down the server are two totally different things. Locking the server would imply a select few players will get access to the server while the greater population does not get to play; allowing that group to secure spawns, loot, etc. As we have all already said 1038 has never locked their server. Now shutting the server down for one reason or another, be it because there is no admin on for an hour or two and there is a realistic fear of hackers, is not against the rules. I see no rule saying that the server needs to be online 24/7. The Persistent world is not being changed or hurt. That being because there are NO players on the world. No one is making changes, and all will be as it was when it comes back on. The only reason I could see someone crying about the fact of a few hours of downtime would be the ones causing these problems of hacking, ghosting, or griefing.

That said I enjoy this game much more when I play in a group. Being able to joke around and have each others backs really makes for a good time, IMO. Uponseeing this thread I feel that this group would really fit me well! What can you offer to the clan: I am trustworthy, and active. I would bring a another helping hand to either cover your back or sprint in there to lend you a hand when your pinned down. I feel that I am a good team player that can listen and understand orders when in tense situations, but above all I like to bring a fun and light hearted attitude to any group i'm in, after all this is just a game for us all to have fun.
