Kinda defeats the idea of it being a survival game when nothing is a threat (zombies can't see you, no other survivors)

Game is in Alpha stage. That's before the Beta stage. It's rife with bugs. However, you shouldn't have a problem avoiding zombies once you get a feel for their "field of vision" after they are aggro'd. I am constantly looking to my sides and rear with the ALT key keeping in mind those Usain Bolt Zs that aggro from miles away. You can hear them when you get used to it too. Just run inside and exploit the fact they can only walk. Here I usually Hatchet them to the head while they are in walk mode, or i just run around them or use another exit and I am safely away. I pretty much just run anyway once i've spawned.

Will equipping my hatchet from toolbar destroy my rifle?

I've got a lee enfield equipped atm. If i want to switch to a hatchet will it destroy my weapon like the bug that destroys items if you dont have space (like weapons?) -
Not played ARMA 2 before really, at least not a sniper rifle. Any tips for using it? I was trying to snipe a moving survivor earlier and the bullets were landing nowhere near him. It was the CZ sniper thingy.

There are times in this game where I do wonder what it would be like if I were nice to players, made friends and spared those that enter my crosshairs. However, posts like this remind me that it's so much fucking fun. For every person you don't kill, I'm going to kill three. -
omfg, i spent like 30 minutes gettin loot so i can go live in the woods AFK stuff like water bottles an knifes and shit i was gonna like run around the woods forever like it's blair witch project the game (without cameras LOL) and sum fukin noob decides to axe me in the leg and run away laughin on the microphone HOW THE FUCK IS THAT USEFUL TO HIS SURVIVAL this should be called TrollZ coz that's all it is if it was a survival game id have lots of friends with me in the woods just sitting down afk etc and having a good time and not runnin away from men in hats that are jus play to ruin my fun in the woods FFS!!!

Without going into details, if you do a certain method with the aforementioned item it can (sometimes) port you to a target location determined where your crosshair (or where your crosshair should be on servers with it disabled) is pointed.

Maybe. I don't think so though. Seems a bit RNG. They can KTFO players with one hit if they are below 10k blood. Happened to me once so far and I'm often sitting around 8-9k. I find they can bug, and just fucking run at me from 100s of meters away while I'm high-fiving some Z-dude next to me without aggroing him.

for making a game that allows me to stalk. It's definitely hindered any urge I have to stalk people in the real world and i can safely lock myself in my room and do it. I haven't found any women characters in the game yet but I've got my hatchet equipped ready just in case LOL

Thanks alice. I don't really like yours. It kind of reminds me of those posters I had at primary (pre) school "Don't talk to strangers". Scary to think what we were really being warned about was getting bummed by an old man with sweets! -
No more creepy than players wanting more realism for when they murder people. I just want to be able to axe women. Is that a crime?

Not even that. He tried to claim to be the one that axed me. When in fact the entire scenario was made up for comedic effect, satirizing the people who think this game should be PvE only. Thanks alec, your retardedness blew it. -

Do female character models actually work on this game? Chopping up males and dragging them to the woods does NOT fulfill my urges.
