Problem Fixed for you: try opening the edit menu then go on "Use Full Editor" there you can change the Topic name

The Character is saven in the Hive with your CD key aslong as you dont switch it. You will have him back.

Aleast you need a solid Proof like an Video. No offens against you but its very easy to say someon a hacker , but harder to proof.

You have 2 Options - Having your own Hardware or get it from a Hoster Company for an Amount of $ or € per Month. You should look for Hosters in your Country for a better Ping since i dont know where oyur from i cant suggest any. I think there are some Server sided tools that try to prevent scripts from being done by restarting the Server. The Server can be restartet by the Admin´s of the Server,the Hoster itself, Programms that have access to the Server (RCON DART only with Passsword) or by people that stole the rcon password.

hmm nope don´t seems it wasn´t rdy at fix realease, it was plannend but i think it dont made it in the Hotfix.

It´s kind of wrong, but you wont get banned for this but you must see the consequences. May someon find it, goes on anoterher server and gets kicked for it, or even bannend (not global only local). But he didn´t knew better. The other thing maybe people will claim your a hacker if they see its your tents.

Forgot and edvice: try to edit your rcon and your Admin Password if they sniffed the rcon password they could try to get on the server via ftp also edit your ftp passoword. at the Ftp they can edit all nessesary files to change the server config.

whats the server named now? if you say "some hacker stuff"

did you contact your hoster? if yes what did they say? may they just gave the server to another person by mistake.
