    pbbans ban stats for bf3: Russian Federation - 4,607 United States - 2,421 Germany - 1,239 those three make up roughly 60% of the total bans.

    I've never been unable to remove barbed wire. Sounds more like it is to annoy idiots. To block buildings IS a real use for it.
